Use of StockPulse is subject to the terms below. Signing up means you accept them.
What the service does
StockPulse follows the stocks, commodities and indices you choose, identifies events that may move them, and sends you an alert in Hebrew or English. It also shows market data, charts and automatically written summaries.
This is not investment advice
This is the most important section here. StockPulse is not an investment adviser or an investment marketer, and holds no license to be either. Everything on the site, including alerts, summaries, analyses, charts and the statistical agent, is information only, not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Your decisions are yours alone, and so is the responsibility for them and their financial results.
Accuracy
Market data comes from external providers and may be delayed, partial or wrong. Summaries are generated automatically and may misread a situation. We do not guarantee that alerts arrive on time, that every event is detected, or that no unnecessary alert is sent. Do not rely on this service as your only source before a financial decision.
The subscription is personal
An account is for one person. It recognizes up to two networks you sign in from, say your home and your phone, and signing in from a third blocks the account. If that happens by mistake, for example while traveling or on a guest network, contacting support will unblock it. Deliberately sharing account details with others breaks these terms and may end the subscription.
Payment and cancellation
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. There is no partial refund for a period that has begun.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it depends on outside providers: exchanges, data vendors, Telegram and Meta. It may be down for maintenance or because of a problem on their side, and a temporary outage doesn't entitle you to compensation.
Prohibited use
You may not copy and redistribute the data from the system, use the service automatically or at a scale beyond reasonable personal use, or attempt to circumvent its limits or security mechanisms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page will be updated, and a material change will be announced inside the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
