Live monitoring for NASDAQ stocks

A Telegram alert when something happens to your stocks

StockPulse checks your stocks every minute and also reads what companies file with the SEC. When there's an earnings report, a CEO change, an FDA decision or an analyst upgrade, you get a message in Hebrew or English: what happened, and why it matters for the stock.

What's inside

Alerts that explain why a stock moved

Every alert comes with a direction, a reason, a strength score and a short line on what it means, so you can tell at a glance whether it's worth stopping for.

It reads the official filings too

Beyond news headlines, it reads what companies file with the SEC. Earnings, mergers, FDA decisions, lawsuits, CEO changes and rating changes are classified, scored from 0 to 100, and summed up in one sentence.

Checked every minute, 16 hours a day

Prices and news are checked every minute, including before the open and after the close, when most earnings come out.

New York time, 04:00 to 20:00. The highlighted part is regular trading, 09:30 to 16:00.

Everything on a stock, on one page

A chart with nine indicators, analyst estimates, insider trades, valuation multiples, next week's expected range and the move the market prices in for the next report.

World headlines, in Hebrew

The alert, the reason and the explanation arrive in Hebrew, and headlines are translated automatically. You can switch to English at any time.

You decide when you get an alert

A price-move threshold, a minimum score, which event types to receive, and muting a single stock. All from the settings page.

Questions & answers

Frequently asked questions

How do I get NASDAQ stock alerts sent to Telegram?

Sign in with Google, add stocks to your watchlist (up to 25), and link the Telegram bot with one click. From then on alerts arrive on their own, in Hebrew or English.

Is StockPulse investment advice?

No. It spots events and scores them using news, SEC filings and price moves. That isn't investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. The decision, and the responsibility for it, are yours.

Does it read SEC filings directly, or only news headlines?

Both. It reads 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K and 13D filings straight from SEC EDGAR, alongside the headlines. So a merger or a management change gets picked up when it's filed, without waiting for the press to write about it.

What events trigger an alert?

Earnings, mergers and acquisitions, FDA decisions, lawsuits and settlements, CEO changes, analyst rating changes, insider buying and selling, layoffs, dividends and macro events. Also sharp price moves, fast swings during the day and spikes in trading volume.

What hours does it monitor?

4am to 8pm New York time, including pre-market and after-hours. Most earnings and 8-K filings come out outside regular trading hours, and that's when an alert is worth the most.

What does it cost and can I cancel?

99 ILS a month including VAT, with a 14-day free trial. No tiers and no add-ons. You can stop anytime by writing to support.

Can I share the account with someone else?

No. The subscription is personal, and it recognizes up to two networks you sign in from, say your home and your phone. Signing in from a third network blocks the account until you contact support. Travel is fine: matching works by network, and an address you haven't used for two weeks frees up on its own.

Your stocks move even when you're not watching.

Signing up takes a few minutes: a Google account, a Telegram link, and your stocks.
